The 21-year-old followed up with a second message which read: “Please don’t anyone message me saying you know someone who has recovered accounts they are all BS [bulls**t]. Please only HMU if you have a real connection.’

According to Instagram’s Terms of Service, accounts that violate the platform’s community guidelines can be permanently banned without warning.

There is no way to recover an account once it has been permanently banned.

Mikaela, who earns over $162,000 a month selling X-rated images and videos on OnlyFans, is no stranger to having her social media accounts deactivated due to hot content.

In 2020, she was banned from TikTok for violating “several community guidelines”.

The Gold Coast model has publicly challenged the ban, telling News Corp that she did nothing wrong and was unfairly penalized by TikTok’s “automatic scanner”.

“Regardless of what you think, Instagram is hard work and industry players have worked hard to get where they are.

‘Since there are some rude people misinterpreting this video, it has nothing to do with Instagram removing likes. It’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard,” she said.

“This has everything to do with the hurtful and disgusting comments and messages I’ve received over the past week and I just need a break.”

Her video sparked widespread backlash, with many critics saying it was time Mikaela “got a real job”.
