A 100-year-old man relives his vacation by painting it during the pandemic.
Leslie Posnett lives alone in sheltered accommodation in Leicestershire and coronavirus restrictions have meant he has had few visitors.
But the WWII veteran took care of recreating paintings from his old sketchbooks.
A selection of his work has been fed into a virtual time capsule curated by the County of Leicestershire to educate future generations about the pandemic.
“When I start painting it’s something that I get lost in,” Leslie said.
