Christina Aguilera posted to Instagram on Monday, documenting her fun night out in Miami this weekend for Billboard’s Latin Music Week.
The pop superstar rocked a black strapless top, matching black pants and a vinyl trench coat for the first night of the event, where she was on hand to discuss her new music.
Accessorizing her look with oversized gold and diamond hoops, the 41-year-old singer opened up about her return to Latin music.

Speaking to Billboard Managing Editor Lyndsey Havens at Faena Forum, Christina opened up about her past while returning to her Latin roots with her latest album Aguilera.
Originally released in May this year, the trilogy album released its third and final “chapter” La Luz on September 29.
“I witnessed many forms of abuse and so on,” the star said of her difficult childhood. “We have the right to feel what we feel, and then I think it’s important to move on and choose to move forward into the light.” That’s what it’s about.
La Luz joins forces with the album’s two previous installments, La Fuerza and La Tormenta, to pay homage to Aguilera’s legacy, her youth, her troubled relationship with her Ecuadorian father and the bond she shares with her children.

Throwback: The Candyman singer accessorized her look with oversized gold and diamond hoop earrings. She then chatted onstage on the first night of the event to loop her career back to her Latin roots.
“It’s important to come full circle and make peace for yourself,” she said, “so you can be as healthy and strong as possible for yourself and my children. .” Singer Dirrty described La Luz as one of the most personal projects she has ever worked on and which helped rekindle her passion for music.
“I’m actually inspired by the music again creating this album,” the Burlesque star told People in July last year. “This album is a moment of closure for me. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for so many years.
This latest collection of music is Aguilera’s first full Spanish album since the release of Mi Reflejo in 2000. Mi Reflejo was the best-selling Latin pop album that year, selling 2.2 million copies worldwide and spending 19 weeks at the top of Billboard’s Latin charts.

The megastar teared up on stage as she talked about a song called No Es Que Te Extrañe, describing her music video as “the most personal music video I’ve ever done and will ever do again.”
Along with talking about her emotions surrounding her new music, the mogul was also on hand to promote her latest business venture Fun Wine, which sponsored the premiere party. As the brand’s culture director, Christina can be in her Instagram post displaying fun-tasting, low-calorie bottles of wine.
“Only pleasure lives forever” is the company’s motto and it was certainly echoed by its star CCO. “A fun night out in Miami,” she captioned the post, tagging the brand that makes a coconut and pineapple flavored chardonnay. Christina will soon have more fun as Aguilera, the album recently received seven Latin Grammy nominations.
