Cheyanne Buys admitted that the $ 50,000 bonus she received after her victory over Gloria de Paula changed her life after being “broken my whole life”.
In just 60 seconds, a massive header landed for Buys inside the UFC Apex and she followed it up with a devastating ground and pound display.
Buys’ debut in March was a rather lackluster affair as she was dominated on the pitch against Montserrat Ruiz.
Still, her sensational knockout earned her a “Night Performance” bonus and that meant the absolute world to her.

“I’ve been so broke my whole life because of this sport but it’s so worth it to me because I love the sport but to get a $ 50,000 paycheck my husband is going to tell me to put it away, I’m definitely going to want to buy some nice things, but I like to buy a few things for the house and for my pets.
“I really love to spoil my family, but this week I’m definitely taking my team out for a nice dinner. It sure is life changing, but I have to put some money aside and go out there and fight again.
