Billy Gilmour retained his place in Chelsea’s first team after being posted as the man of the match against Liverpool mid-week.
The 18-year-old stole the show as the Blues missed the 2-0 winners to knock out the elected FA Cup champions on Tuesday.
Due to the shortage of Chelsea midfielders – with Mateo Kovacic, N’Golo Kante and Jorginho all unavailable – Gilmour starts again against Everton.
Goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga was dropped in January following a series of disappointing performances, but also impressed against Liverpool and is therefore back in the fold.
For Everton, Djibril Sidibe leaves in place of Seamus Coleman, Lucas Digne replaces Leighton Baines and Bernard replaces Theo Walcott.
