Chelsea striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is eager to face former club AC Milan in the Champions League this week.
He will use tips and tricks taken from the first Ronaldo as he tries to revive Chelsea’s Champions League campaign against former club AC Milan.
The Blues are winless in their two group matches so far this season and are bottom of Group E.
Aubameyang, who started his professional career at Milan, opened his account at Chelsea with a superb equalizer against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
Aubameyang said: “The team was really strong, to tell the truth.
“Ronaldo, Paolo Maldini, Alessandro Nesta… at that time I was very young.
“I was just trying to improve and watch him to learn as much as possible. To be honest, he was already a bit big! But he was still the best.
“I will always remember when Carlo Ancelotti criticized him about his physical condition, he said: ‘What do you want me to do, run or score goals?
“Ancelotti said, ‘score goals’, and next time Ronaldo scored twice!
“It’s part of the character and as a striker you need it because you have to be mentally strong.”
