Chelsea have hired the former All Blacks mental skills coach who is credited with implementing a ‘shitty no-heads policy’.

Enoka joins Chelsea as a consultant
He has held various positions with the New Zealand Rugby Union since 2000, spending 15 years as a mental skills coach and another seven as a leadership manager.
Enoka is credited with creating a winning culture within Team New Zealand that has made them one of the most revered sports teams around.
Much has also been made of his “no shitty heads” policy.
“A d*** head does everything for them,” Enoka said in 2017. “These are people who put themselves in front of the team, people who think they are entitled to things, expect whether the rules are different for them, operating deceptively in the dark or talking unnecessarily about their work.
“Management may not spot these counterproductive behaviors. Players and managers themselves should call out others for their inflated egos.
“A lot of times teams support him because a player has so much talent. We look for warning signs and wean off big egos fairly quickly. Our motto is: ‘If you can’t change people, change people.’

Bohely has spent over £600m on transfers since joining
Chelsea hope Enoka can, in the short term, help Graham Potter galvanize a new squad of players and lay the foundations for success.
Owner Todd Boehly has spent over £600m on transfers since becoming a landlord.
The Blues are ninth in the Premier League and take on West Ham on Saturday at 12.30pm – which will be exclusively live on talkSPORT.
