The third Chelsea team kit for the 2020/21 season has been leaked, and the design looks strangely like another Premier League club.
The new visible jersey, put online by Footy Headlines, has been compared to the Crystal Palace home jersey.
It has vertical red and blue stripes with the phone supplier “3” on the front, which was recently revealed as the club’s new shirt sponsor.
Chelsea and Three have agreed to a three-year deal to have the phone provider’s logo appear on their shirts starting in the 2020/21 season.
The kit, made by Nike, is expected to be available to fans in September.
It didn’t work well with fans, who turned to Twitter to complain about the design.
One user wrote: “No, Crystal Palace is not the one to stop this.”
Another said, “Please don’t start playing like Crystal Palace.”
Another wrote: “Exchange this Chelsea logo with a Crystal Palace logo and it’s a Crystal Palace kit.”
There have been no official announcements from Chelsea as to whether this will be their third team outfit for next season or whether it is just a concept.
