The Champions League is back with four round of 16 matches on Tuesday and Wednesday, and we’re here to share our favorite picks.
Let’s move on to the best Champions League odds and picks for the Round of 16.
February 13 Champions League Odds, Preview and Picks: Man City UCL Predictions
Man City vs. Copenhagen odds, picks and props
The Champions League title holders have not lost a single match in the competition during the current campaign. At the same time, their performances haven’t been extremely convincing, as they narrowly beat Red Star Belgrade 3-2 and RB Leipzig, also 3-2, in their last two matches.
At the same time, the Citizens have won their last 10 matches, most recently beating Everton 2-0 thanks to an Erling Haaland brace on Saturday.
Copenhagen are third and 3 points off the top of the Danish Superliga, although they have not played since December 12. They went just 2-2-2 in the group stage but proved to be a tough team for the top teams to beat. including Bayern Munich (whom they drew once) and Manchester United (whom they beat once) in the previous round.
Pep Guardiola also drew with Copenhagen in 2010 as Barcelona coach. With a talented squad, an exceptional family environment and a huge advantage at rest, Copenhagen have a real chance of securing a result.
Man City vs. Copenhagen pick: draw (+550 or better)
February 13 Champions League Picks: RB Leipzig vs. Real Madrid Odds, Predictions & Props
Madrid enter the match as winners of four of their last five matches, although they have kept just two clean sheets in their last nine matches. This is partly due to goalkeeping issues, as neither Andriy Lunin nor Kepa Arrizabalaga have inspired much confidence in place of the injured Thibaut Courtois.
Madrid leads the Spanish La Liga with 5 points and has won all six matches in the group stage. However, like Man City, they narrowly beat Union Berlin 3-2 in their last match and have conceded a total of eight goals in the six matches.
Leipzig are fifth in the German Bundesliga and have won just one of their last six matches. They won every group stage game against non-Man City opponents, but conceded at least once in every game and recently let Timo Werner leave for Tottenham.
Leipzig can play a good game but have been too shifty at the back to trust a fast and technical Madrid attack, even with Jude Bellingham and others sidelined due to injury.
RB Leipzig vs. Real Madrid Pick: Madrid ML (+125 or better), home team on 4.5 corners (-108 or better)
February 14 Champions League odds, preview and picks: Bayern Munich props and PSG vs. Real Sociedad best bets
Lazio vs. Bayern Munich odds, picks and props
Lazio find themselves only eighth in the Italian Serie A and with one victory in their last four matches. He also failed to score more than five times in six matches and finished the group stage with three wins, two losses and a draw.
The Italian team has a decent defense but struggles in front of goal. Even the prolific Ciro Immobile has scored just six goals in 19 Serie A matches and three in six Champions League outings.
Bayern are second in the Bundesliga but are coming off one of their worst matches in years in a 3-0 defeat to Bayer Leverkusen. They are not in great form but remained undefeated with just one draw in the group stage.
Thomas Tuchel has recently moved to a back five and could bring that more pragmatic approach into this game or revert to a back four. Regardless, this is shaping up to be a match that could end with fewer goals due to Lazio’s struggles and Bayern’s chaos.
Lazio vs. Bayern Munich Pick: Under 2.5 goals (+114 or better)
PSG vs. Real Sociedad odds, picks and props
Even though star Kylian Mbappe could very well be on his way out this summer, the 25-year-old still has 30 goals and seven assists in 29 matches in all competitions this season.
PSG are top of the French Ligue 1 and have not lost in their last 16 matches, although they have drawn twice and lost one of their last three Champions League matches.
Sociedad have not scored in four consecutive matches and recently fell to seventh in La Liga. They have fewer wins (nine) than draws (10) domestically and rely heavily on their defense to stay competitive more than on their offense.
The Spanish team won three matches and drew three times in the group stage, although their last two outings ended in goalless draws.
Even though PSG hasn’t been great against the top teams, they should win this one against a team struggling for goals.
Parlay PSG vs. Real Sociedad in the same match (+509 or better)
- PSG money line
- Goal or assist from Mbappé
- Under 2.5 goals
