Catt Sadler dons a string bikini for a relaxing walk on the beach in Mexico

Catt Sadler was spotted enjoying her Caribbean getaway on Thursday as she took a relaxing walk on the beach with her friend.

The 47-year-old entertainment reporter looked completely relaxed as she strolled down a sandy beach in a cheeky string bikini.

The Indiana native posted updates on social media from her vacation to Playa Akumal, a popular beach destination on the Riviera Maya, a coastline in Mexico’s northeast Yucatán Peninsula.

The raven-haired journalist – who was named one of the top 10 up-and-coming broadcasters in entertainment by the Los Angeles Times – hid her dark locks under a black baseball cap.

The broadcaster covered himself with a white sweatshirt, but opted to forgo the pants, showing off her cut behind in a black thong bikini.

Choosing to stay connected to the outside world during her vacation, she clutched her phone in her hand.

The beach girl was joined by a blonde companion who strolled alongside her in a black bikini, matching sweatshirt and white hat.

Sadler has been spending quite a bit of time in the sand and shared new bikini snaps with her 466,000 Instagram followers on Friday.

Taking to her Instagram story, she posted a jaw-dropping selfie in a plum colored bikini as she lay back in the sand.

‘13,000 steps. Tanning timeout. Should we play a little game of…’ she wrote in the photo, which shows off her dramatically trimmed belly as well as the lion tattoo on her arm.

She accessorized her look with black sunglasses and small hoop earrings.

She also shared her adventures with her blonde friend, as the two strolled the streets and went to visit the local police dog.

The dynamic duo then went to relax in a swing bar.

Keeping with the beach theme, Sadler also posted a series of snaps in a bikini as she frolicked in the sand on Friday.

She cheekily captioned the photos, writing “Give me what I want” and adding the devil horns emoji.

Her fans raved about her antics on the beach, with one writing, “A gorgeous mermaid has come ashore!!!” and another adding, ‘Beach babe.’

Sadler quit his job at E! News in 2017, after almost 12 years, due to a pay dispute.

She made the decision after learning that her male co-host Jason Kennedy was earning “double” her salary.

“I’m a single mom of two. I’ve given my all to this network. I’ve sacrificed time away from my family and dedicated my entire career to this network. And when you learn something like that, you feel very small and underappreciated and undervalued,’ she told PEOPLE at the time.
