Catherine Tyldesley showed off her blooming baby bump in a floral swimsuit as she relaxed in the Lake District with son Alfie and husband Tom Pitfield.
The former Coronation Street star, 38, who is expecting her second child, looked stunning in the low number as she shared a series of snaps on her Instagram on Tuesday.
Another photo in the post showed Catherine wearing a polka-dot wrap dress and tall boots as she held her six-year-old’s hand and cradled his blossoming bump.

The actress wrote: “Last weekend we fell in love with #lakedistrict again !! It has always been such a special place for us as a family. We really needed some rest and family time. I cannot recommend our hotel @anotherplacehotels enough – so great for families.
“Not an advertisement, but praise where it is !! Amazing service and food, lots of outdoor activities (which we love!) In the most beautiful setting.

“I have been so busy this year – and I am so grateful for it! I love my work. But it was necessary and it was so special.
The family looked like they were having fun as Tom posed in a lake before settling down comfortably on a sofa with Catherine.
The social media post comes after she revealed the hilarious moment her son asked for a baby brother when he had a baby sister.

Speaking exclusively with OK! magazine, she said: “Alfie is so excited to be a brother. When we found out it was a girl, Alfie asked the doctor if he could change him into a boy.
She added, “I’m sure he will get over it, bless him. He’s really excited though, he can’t wait.
The star said she can’t wait to see her son holding her daughter for the first time when she arrives.

Sweet: The couple, who have been together since 2014, then settled down comfortably on the sofa.
Speaking to the MailOnline, she said that while little Alfie wasn’t too keen on being a big brother at first, he has since returned.
“We were a little nervous, because I remember asking him some time ago, ‘Would you like a brother or a sister?
“We waited 12 weeks until the end of the analysis to tell him and he took it very well. He was super excited and we were thrilled. ‘
Catherine and her husband Tom announced they were expecting their second child in October, but admitted they hadn’t thought of a name yet.
