Cara Delevingne kept a low profile on Monday as she arrived at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris for the city’s fashion week.
The model, 30, went incognito as she sported a marble face covering, donning a plaid suit for the appearance.
But the arrival comes after a series of erratic behavior including a recent incident at Van Nuys airport – where she appeared disheveled as she prepared to board Jay-Z’s private puma jet.
The incidents have reportedly raised concerns for his personal well-being – with claims circulating that his family are set to stage an intervention.

Arriving in Fashion City, Cara wore tailored pants with different navy, red and white plaid patterns on each leg.
She paired the statement pants with a matching blazer of the same design, breaking it up with a plain white long-sleeved t-shirt.
The London native finished the look with a pair of black lace-ups – wrapping headphones around her neck for the trip.

Walking through the airport, she kept her head down and her eyes fixed on her cell phone.

The appearance comes after the model’s New York Fashion Week blunder prevented her from attending the official launch of her brand new CARA LOVES KARL capsule collection – an exciting collaboration with the iconic fashion house of late Karl Lagerfeld.
As guests converged earlier this month on New York’s Financial District and the Pine Street Saga restaurant, arguably chosen for its sweeping 63rd-floor views, the brand’s lead designer seemed oddly absent.
The model’s fans have expressed concern for the star after she was seen smoking some sort of pipe while sitting alone in a car earlier this month, before appearing erratic and in a bad mood at a Los Angeles airport.
Now her friends and family are looking for ways to help the struggling former “it girl.”

“We are all incredibly worried. The situation has been building for a few weeks now and Cara’s family is involved,’ a close friend told The Sun.
“It’s about arranging some sort of intervention and making sure Cara gets the help she might need,” the person added. “She’s been burning the candle at both ends lately, and it’s clearly taking its toll.”
From the appearance at the airport in early September, sources said DailyMail.com that the cover girl seemed unable to control her body movements at times as she was seen on the phone, leaning over, dropping her phone and walking around looking very nervous and as if she was unable to stop moving.
Prior to that, she spent time at the Burning Man festival – with sources telling DailyMail.com at the time that she did not eat or shower during the event.
The source said: “She had just spent days in the desert, not eating much and she looked disheveled because she hadn’t had time to wash up yet.”
He continued: “Her friends usually worry about her after erratic behavior, but she has a good group around her. Her sister was at the festival with her. She was not alone and she supports her.
The source continued: “Burning Man isn’t lined with burger vans like other festivals. You throw everything you need into a camper van and that’s what you need to live on while you’re there. It all works on a trading system.
