Buddy Hield appeared to be having fun with Carmelo Anthony in the Kings game against the Portland Trail Blazers on Thursday night, playfully falling while jockeying with the veteran forward to position himself on a free throw attempt.
The fall did not go unnoticed by the NBA, as Hield received a warning for violating the league’s flop policy.
Hield had a big reaction to the Twitter announcement, joking that he was pushed by Anthony.
Yall wild he pushes me

The Kings ended up being edged by Portland 123-119. Hield finished with 21 points and six rebounds in the losing effort.
The first policy violation by a player results in a warning, while the second results in a fine of $ 5,000.
Now that Hield has earned his warning, he’ll have to be careful or risk withdrawing money from his next paycheck.
