He took to Instagram on Friday to share his latest cooking tutorial video, which saw him making creamy truffle tagliatelle.
However, his fans called him ‘out of touch’ as they lambasted him for using luxury truffles during a cost of living crisis.
In the video, Brooklyn also appeared to take inspiration from his dad with his top, as he wore a red England number seven shirt, which David himself inherited.
And his former footballing father, 47, seemed to take notice of the tribute, commenting on the post: “Nice shirt.”
In an accompanying caption, he raved about his love of truffles, which he generously used to prepare the dish, writing, “In my kitchen, there aren’t too many truffles.”
But he was lambasted by social media users for using the sumptuous ingredient, who claimed he was ‘out of touch’ to do so amid a cost of living crisis.

Commenting on her post, one person said: “I wish I could afford the idea of ’nothing like too much truffle’.
