The former Dancing With The Stars co-host had a very toned stomach with visible abs. At one point, the former model carried a hand-woven handbag.

It comes after she told DailyMail.com that one of the ways she stays so slim is with mini workouts.

She insisted that working out for just five minutes a day can improve your body. “I’ve designed an app that talks about this. It’s been very popular. If you just focus on one area for five minutes, it actually makes a difference. Five minutes of slots a day pays off.

“And another thing that’s great is that you can do it multiple times a day and suddenly that five minutes turns into 30 minutes if you want to.”

The Skechers spokesperson said even walking 20 minutes a day can help not only with weight control, but also with mental health.

“Don’t get in a rut,” the cover girl shared. “The more you move, the more you want to move. Everything revolves around action, movement. Even 20 minutes a day helps.

Brooke said she does a lot of different things during her workout routine, and a 45-minute walk is included.

“This is my escape,” said the fitness expert. “I love getting out and walking and I’m really lucky to have great weather in Southern California. I love walking around my neighborhood, I can say hello to my neighbors, it’s a good social plus.

“I walk around with my kids and my boyfriend and we love the fresh air, the vitamin D we get.” The movement feels good too.

And she loves both walking on the beach and in the mountains. ‘Both are equally beautiful. I like to take my dogs to the mountains and they can run around,” she added.

She also urged people to get in the mood: “Get up, put your shoes on and go. Once you have your shoes on, you tend to get in the mood for a walk.

There are also plenty of things to do on a walk. Brooke tells DailyMail.com that she enjoys listening to audiobooks and music, and even takes conference calls, but “sometimes silence is best for resetting.”

Intermittent fasting (IF) is an eating pattern that alternates between periods of fasting and eating. It doesn’t specify what foods you should eat but rather when you should eat them, according to Healthline.

There is the 16/8 method where you don’t eat for 16 hours but then eat in the remaining eight hours.

The red carpet favorite recommends eating plenty of foods high in good fats like avocados and macadamia nuts.

“It’s brain food that gives you power and energy,” she said. “I also use a lot of olive oil and coconut oil in my cooking.”

As for exercise, it is part of his life. “I work out five times a week and the other two days I relax,” the Melissa & Joey actress said.

‘It’s important to have time off to pull yourself together and give yourself a break. On your days off, just walk around your neighborhood, enjoy it,’ added the 5ft 7in viewer who would weigh approximately 112 pounds with a 23 inch waist.

The star shared more secrets for staying young.

One step was moving on bicycles, which women have been doing for decades and which Jane Fonda pushed in the 1980s.

Another was the Single Leg Bridge which seemed to have a bit of a yoga influence.

Then there were the Kickbacks which date back to the 1970s when home workouts became a trend.

“People have been angry about the lockdown due to COVID-19, but working out can be an answer because it gets your adrenaline pumping and improves your mood,” said the social media staple who was queen of high school reunion.

Exercise promotes chemicals in the brain that improve your mood and make you more relaxed.

Specifically, the brain releases feel-good chemicals called endorphins throughout the body. Physical activity reduces anxiety and depressed mood and improves self-esteem, according to ULife.

Brooke also shared that it’s important to target certain areas like the stomach, legs, or back. “If you want a flatter stomach, focus on strengthening your core, not just doing cardio.” If you want better loot, make the right moves. You can target your problems.

WHAT IS INTERMITTENT FASTING?

Intermittent fasting means you don’t eat for a certain amount of time every day or week, according to the Mayo Clinic. Some popular approaches to intermittent fasting include:

Fasting for two days. Eat a normal diet one day and either completely fasted or a small meal (less than 500 calories) the next.

Fasting 5:2. Eat a normal diet five days a week and fast two days a week.

Time-limited daily fasting. Eat normally but only within an eight hour window each day. For example, skip breakfast but eat lunch around noon and dinner around 8 p.m.

Some studies suggest that alternate-day fasting is about as effective as a typical low-calorie diet for weight loss. This seems reasonable because reducing the number of calories you eat should help you lose weight.

Can intermittent fasting improve your health? Weight loss and physical activity help reduce the risk of obesity-related diseases, such as diabetes, sleep apnea and certain types of cancer. For these conditions, intermittent fasting appears to be about as beneficial as any other type of diet that reduces overall calories.
