Britney Spears took to her Instagram page and revealed to her 41.7 million fans and followers that she had nerve damage on the right side of her body.

The pop superstar, 40, has opened up about the health issues she is facing while sharing another one of her dance videos on the social media platform.

Revealing that there is ‘no cure’ for his nerve damage, the Toxic hitmaker confessed the pain and numbness affected his sleep, but found dancing helped alleviate some of the symptoms.

“I’m dancing in time now Victoria…yes…nerve damage on the right side of my body…there’s no cure but God I guess,” she began in the caption, not explaining exactly. who is Victoria.

She continued: “Nerve damage is sometimes caused when you don’t get enough oxygen to your brain…your brain literally shuts down…blah blah blah old story…in that place I wasn’t breathing when I was there… nerve damage is causing parts of your body to go numb.’

Spears revealed that she woke up “like three times a week in bed with my hands completely numb” and “pins and needles” sensations on the right side of her body.

“It goes up to my neck and the part that hurts the most is my temple on top of my head…it stings and it’s scary,” she explained, adding that “the last 3 years since I came out of that place where I was “a slight state of unconsciousness… I couldn’t deal with it.

“This place” appears to be a reference to the medical facility Spears was placed in against her will in 2019, which she repeatedly called.

“It felt like it was too scary to be here…although my instagram didn’t live up to most…hehe hehe it gave me an existence and brought me here”, she continued, before sharing that she doesn’t “feel the pain when I dance.

“It’s like my mind is literally going to a place of my inner child. And even though I don’t move like I used to…I truly believe that my faith has given me strength…by the grace of God I finally found a medicine where I actually feel the oxygen going into my brain and at through my neck,’ she wrote. .

“My eyes are more open now and I can hold my head up properly…I’ve done a good job trying to do that. Anyway, I’m much better, I can breathe… I feel smarter because hey, Jesus, I can breathe now… anyway, I’m breathing now and I can dance to the rhythm, Victoria… I send all my love to all of you…it’s me this morning…I’m going to vacuum now!!!’ she finished the message.
