Brie Larson was seen flexing her impeccable form on Wednesday in a video taken during a workout and shared on her Instagram account.
The 31-year-old Captain Marvel star appeared to be in her home gym as she held up a set of weights while performing a one-leg dip routine.

The Room actress paired her top with a set of matching sports leggings while listening to Stevie Nicks’ track Stand Back.
Her normally flowing and gorgeous blonde locks stayed tied in a tight bun during the workout.
The artist also wrote a short message in the caption of the post which read in part, “I’m pushing myself beyond my limits, honey! It doesn’t always look pretty, but damn it, it’s amazing.

She humorously wrote that her personal trainer liked to “find new ways to kick my ass” in the post’s caption.

Larson is currently working on the next Marvel Cinematic Universe entry, The Marvels.
The feature film will serve as a sequel to the 2019 movie Captain Marvel, in which she starred.
The film directed by Nia DaCosta is also a continuation of the soon-to-be-released Ms. Marvel series, which is slated to air on the Disney + streaming service.
Iman Vellani, who plays the Kamala Khan version of the superheroine, will also appear in the feature film.

Wonders are currently set to release on November 11, 2022, although its debut was originally slated for July 8 of the same year.
