Braith Anasta reveals his ex-wife Jodi Gordon sees their daughter Aleeia, six, more often now that she has left Neighbors and returned to Sydney
It has been almost five years since Braith Anasta separated from Jodi Gordon.
And on Thursday, the former rugby league star, 38, spoke to Now To Love about juggling co-parenting with his ex-wife, 35.
He explained that Jodi’s recent return to Sydney, after her four-year stint on Melbourne-based soap opera Neighbors, means she’s spending more time with their six-year-old daughter, Aleeia.

“I’m really passionate about routine and structure to keep Alleeia routine. She goes to school Monday through Friday and is here with us as a family, then Jodi goes with her on the weekends, ”said Braith.
After leaving Neighbors at the start of the year, Jodi spends time with Aleeia more often during the week as she is based in the same city as her ex-partner.
‘[Aleeia] can see [Jodi] when she wants. She probably sees it a bit more and can just hang out – that’s the advantage of being in Sydney, ”Braith explained.

The soccer commentator also revealed that he plans to marry his fiancée, Rachael Lee, at the end of 2021, after getting engaged last year.
Although planning for the wedding has been postponed due to the pandemic, Braith said he and Rachael were in no rush to get married.
“ We can’t wait to get married, but we’re pretty open when that happens, so we’re going to take our time, ” he said.

The former NRL star started dating personal trainer Rachael, who has a son named Addison from a previous relationship, in 2016.
They welcomed their first child together, a girl named Gigi, in January 2018.
