Billie Eilish is one of the most successful young artists of our time, but she still lives small. While most would think the young star lives somewhere in a lavish mansion, she isn’t.
Believe it or not, the Grammy-winning singer still lives at home with her parents.

Even though Eilish is only 18, she has accomplished a lot more than most people in a lifetime. Her career began when she was only 13 years old after releasing her first song “Ocean Eyes” on Soundcloud.
Things got better for Eilish in 2019 when she released her debut album, When we all fall asleep, where do we go? The album was a huge success, selling over 1.3 million copies in just 3 months. It also received critical acclaim and won five Grammys, including Album of the Year, according to the Grammy website.

Although many assume that a successful artist like Eilish has her own lavish home, she still lives at home with her parents. She shared in an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live that she never moved after her huge success. Kimmel then asked her if she lived with her parents or if technically they lived with her.
“Like the two, probably. For example, I live with them at home, then on tour, they live with me. It is what it is.
Eilish also confirmed that their home is the same one she grew up in. According to Elish, his brother has moved but still comes home frequently to “do the laundry.”
His home made Grammy win more special
Earlier this year, Eilish won the Grammy Awards, winning among others Album of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album and Record of the Year. For Eilish, the moment was more special as she grew up watching the Grammys every year in the same living room.
“I mean the Grammys are the Grammys,” Eilish said. “So it’s like, as cool as everything else, it’s like the Grammys. You know what I mean? Like this – I’ve watched this every year of my life. Like judging all girls ugly ass dresses. Um, but it’s like every year, my family and I, we would all sit in the living room, watch the Grammys. Like, we never missed it. So the fact that I’m the same, a little girl watching this in my living room, and then I’m still in that same living room being nominated for six, like that?
Eilish also confirmed during the interview that her parents will be attending the 2020 Grammy Awards with her. Obviously, Eilish and her parents have a very close relationship, despite the fame and fortune.
