UPDATE
01/18 2:21 PM PT — 1/18 — A judge granted the interim order until the hearing next month.
Billie Eilish asks a judge for some protection, seeking a temporary restraining order against a man she says broke into her family home earlier this month.
According to legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Billie seeks protection from a 39-year-old man. Christopher Anderson …as well as the protection of his parents and his brother, Finneas.
Billie’s father says Anderson has visited their family home several times since late December, allegedly professing his love for the singer and hoping to meet her. She says the cops were called 5 times and made several reports.

Billie says the incidents have caused her “substantial anxiety, fear and emotional distress” for her safety, that of her parents and Finneas – adding that she no longer feels safe visiting her parents.
As we have pointed out, the cops responded at the Highland Park home earlier this month after receiving a report that someone had climbed over a fence to gain access to the property.
This isn’t the first time Billie has had issues with fans, BTW – she’s had a 3 year restraining order against Prenell Rousseau after claiming he was still coming to her house… ditching a face mask and touching her doorknob and doorbell during the height of the pandemic.
