Players can disable “toxic” emotes

Players were shocked by this change which will allow people to manage their options and block what Fortnite calls “toxic” emotes.

There is an option called “See Confrontation Emoticons” where you can enable or disable certain emoticons.

If you choose to disable them, when someone performs the emote they will simply appear to be still.

The following emoticons are affected by this setting:

  • Laugh at it
  • Take the L
  • Whiplash
  • Make it plantain
