President Biden rejected a question on Afghanistan after offering to answer questions at the Federal Emergency Management Agency headquarters in Washington on Sunday.

Three days after the collapse of Kabul, Biden came under heavy criticism after making public remarks on COVID-19 and did not address the crisis in Afghanistan or answer questions.
