- If you own a smart home appliance, Samsung’s Home Care service through the SmartThings app offers proactive and preventative support. The app sends alerts for product issues and allows you to create service requests for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty items. You can also call or text 1800-Samsung or go online to apply.
- For Samsung TVs, Samsung Remote Service allows a Samsung Care Pro to view and control your TV remotely to help you directly with your product.
- Once the ticket is created, you will be contacted within 24 hours to gather more information and schedule a convenient service appointment. A dedicated technician is assigned to you for diagnosis and repair. Our qualified technicians use digital tools to diagnose and control the quality of repairs. Original Samsung parts are prepared in our warehouse and assigned to your technician.
- On the day of the repair, you will receive an SMS with a link to follow the technician’s route to your home. Your technician arrives, connects wirelessly to your product using Samsung’s diagnostic app, and performs repairs: replacing parts, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues, or providing usage tips. After the repair, a thorough quality check is carried out, ensuring a successful one-stop repair journey. As a Samsung customer, we appreciate your feedback! You will receive a survey once your repair is complete so you can share more about your experience and help us continually improve.
Additionally, even in rural areas, our customers can access premium Samsung care for their TVs and appliances through Samsung beyond borders. Through this program, consumers within a 4-hour radius of a Samsung care center in various regions across the United States can receive in-home repairs. For anyone outside of this radius, Samsung can also send qualified technicians through the Samsung Traveling Techs program.
