Kate Garraway suffered a morning of blunder on Friday as various times on GMB seemed to go wrong – but she avoided her woes later in the day.
The host, 54, appeared on the breakfast show alongside Ben Shephard who had just returned from vacation in Cornwall, but was dismayed when a technical glitch arose and forgot the name of a guest.
Always upbeat, Kate saw the fun side when an interview with James Brolin went awry as she also confessed to scraping a Peugeot she was loaned to drive in Cornwall – but promised the automaker that she would solve the problem.

After the appearance, she was later seen heading to work at Smooth Radio where she put on a dazzling display in a gingham check dress and certainly looked like she saw the funny side as she beamed.
The dress had puffed sleeves and flattered her figure with a wrap-around shape as she entered the London radio station. To complete the look, she opted for trendy white cowboy boots and classic earrings.
Earlier today, she told Ben about her trip to Cornwall, which she had previously told subscribers about that Peugeot loaned her a car.

And adding to an already difficult year, Kate revealed on Thursday that her mother was rushed to hospital after breaking her foot during a walk on the beach.
She shared the news on social media and added that her mother was now recovering at home as she thanked NHS staff for taking such good care of her.
