The players and the manager of Bayern Munich were furious with their own fans after unveiling a banner directing the abuses against the owner of Hoffenheim, while their 6-0 victory in the Bundesliga ended in a total farce.
The German giants were beating Hoffenheim away from home before the match was suspended for 20 minutes when traveling supporters released a message calling the billionaire owner of the hosts, Dietmar Hopp, a “son of b ****”.

The referee stopped the match and the television cameras filmed Hopp who appeared visibly upset by the banners.
Bayern players went to their fans to plead for the banner to be removed, while manager Hansi Flick also ran from the shelter to try to resolve the situation.
The two groups of players were removed from the field in the 77th minute and the match was suspended while they attempted to remove the banners.
Club legend Oliver Kahn was also seen protesting the supporters, but they appeared to refuse to eliminate them.
When the players returned, they decided to just play the clock, switch to each other and raise to make sure Bayern won rather than quitting the game.

Bayern Munich fans are unhappy with the way Hopp funded Hoffenheim and injected money into the club to get them from fifth level in German football to the Bundesliga in no time.
Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge stood next to Hopp and led a ovation to the final whistle, then expressed disgust for the behavior of his fans.
