Barefoot Elsa Pataky shows off her pins in tiny shorts as she steps out in Byron Bay

She may live in a $30 million mansion, but Elsa Pataky looked like an ordinary Byron Bay mother when she stepped out with her sons on Friday.

The 45-year-old Spanish actress went barefoot and makeup-free as she ran errands with her twins Sasha and Tristan.

The mother-of-three showed off her toned figure in a pair of skinny beige shorts and a brown crop top.

The Fast and Furious star, who went barefoot, swept her long blonde hair into an unfussy bun and carried a beige bag.

Elsa’s outing happened two days before she was to celebrate Sasha and Tristan’s birthday.

On Sunday, the actress shared a sweet tribute to her twins as they celebrated their eighth birthday.

‘Happy birthday to my two beautiful boys! I can’t believe you are 8,’ Elsa wrote.

‘So many adventures together and so many more to come. You make me a better person every day,” she added.

Elsa shares sons Sasha and Tristan as well as nine-year-old daughter India Rose with husband Chris Hemsworth.

Chris and Elsa met in early 2010 and got married in December of the same year.

The family of five lives in Byron Bay, on the NSW north coast, in an estimated $30million mega-mansion, after moving from Los Angeles in 2014.

They have spent years renovating their home, which sits on 4.2 hectares of land, with the help of Sydney-based MCK Architects, but the development has met with some resistance from locals, who compared it to a multi-storey car park or a shopping mall.
