Diamond Sports Packagethe Sinclair Broadcast Group unit that runs regional sports network Bally Sports, said it has reached an agreement that will allow viewers to download the Bally Sports Plus app direct to consumer on Samsung smart TVs.
Bally Sports app users with pay-TV subscriptions will be able to authenticate with their pay-TV provider. Other Bally Sports Plus users will be able to connect directly and stream content from their TV.

In addition to NHL and NBA games on RSN, app years will be able to see pre- and post-game broadcasts, college and high school sports, and national programming from Bally Sports, including The Rally and live on the line. ■
