Azealia Banks hits out at Nicki Minaj again, who she accuses of trying to mess up one of her business deals, and that she’s ‘broken’ and would pay blogs to make people’s lives other difficult rappers.
Banks is neither a friend nor a fan of Minaj, and this wouldn’t be the first caustic rant directed at the Queens rapper.
On Friday, Azalea posted several Instagram stories where she alleged the 39-year-old rapper paid the two bartenders who sued Cardi B and she also accused her of paying Tasha K to go after Cardi while claiming she was broke and owed a lot of people.
“Imagine how pissed @nickiminaj is for paying 100k+ for these lawyer girls, putting them in a video with some weird tekashi so they only get $5k apiece. Nicki wanted Cardi to be hit with a crime and have her passport taken away from her so she can no longer travel outside the country.Imagine the salt on her rim when she pays tasha k to lie and cardi wins a 4 million reward at the court. Imagine owing Rushka Bergman money to do your hair. Imagine @monotofficial telling you no and then going out to buy it,” Azalea said.
Nicki Minaj has not responded to the allegations. She was recently spotted wearing Monot Official for her single ‘Love In The Way’ featuring Bleu.
Azealia Banks also alleged that Nicki Minaj put her hairstylist, presumably Arrogant Tae, on warrant, but then asked her to work for free.
“Imagine being so jealous that you put your hairdresser on probation, telling him he can’t work with old friends anymore, only to turn around and ask him to work for free because your money is screwed and all the barbs and blogs you pay to try to make the lives of female rappers difficult,” she said.
“Nicki Minaj is Broke like, Broke Broke. Ripping off production companies for private jets and rented homes kind of went broke,” Banks alleged.
Banks also claimed that Minaj had been turned down for other business ventures who allegedly refused to work for her.
“Gossip blogging and this wildly unentertaining Chickenhead media personality just don’t work. It’s horrible to act sis. Stop yelling into your phone like you have no sense… Radio Queen got dropped by Apple, you got kicked out of Netflix and HBO Max… then tried to give @bronstudios an ultimatum to work with me while ‘chances are they won’t even release your documentary after how mean you were to them and how bad they all think you are,’ Banks wrote.
Azealia Banks’ rants also continued by telling the rapper to go to rehab and claimed she had insinuated the rapper was addicted to opioids. “You cannot travel to certain countries with these substances. And we don’t want to see you having a seizure trying to quit opioids without medical assistance.
Nicki Minaj hasn’t responded to Banks even though she alleges the “Super Freaky Girl” uses drugs. Last week, Minaj filed a defamation lawsuit against a YouTuber who claimed she was allegedly a cocaine user and has videos of herself using drugs. Minaj denied using drugs and offered to have her hair tested to prove she wasn’t.
