With the help of global digital services provider AVI-SPL, ReliaQuest, a global cybersecurity company, has enhanced its user experience with Sony’s Pro BRAVIA Displays. ReliaQuest makes security possible through its GreyMatter security operations platform, with locations in Tampa, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, as well as Dublin, London and Pune, India. With the creation of new corporate spaces, ReliaQuest decided to equip itself with new technologies and equipment.

Choosing Sony Pro BRAVIA displays
ReliaQuest ultimately selected a line of 150 Sony Pro BRAVIA displays to meet its business needs in its operations centers. These included the 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch, 85-inch and 100-inch models. AVI-SPL provided ReliaQuest with product advice and installation.
According to Marrow, the team chose the technology because of its combination of quality, reliability, durability, ease of use and design aesthetics. The displays are widely used to play videos and hold meetings in their collaboration spaces, meeting rooms, conference rooms, common areas and performance centers, where the company conducts its training. Sony Pro BRAVIA displays are also used for versatile collaborations with clients and teammates, and for digital signage in open areas of its operations centers, including cafes and reception areas, as well as for site-wide communications and company general meetings.
The Pro BRAVIA displays were particularly important to ReliaQuest because they regularly welcomed executives into its operations centers for interactions ranging from executive business reviews to training. “The high-quality, consistent and reliable experience we have with displays gives us peace of mind. We know they will work every time and that the images are sharp, clear, colorful and stable. said Marrow.
Sony Pro BRAVIA Displays Boost ReliaQuest Operations

Since ReliaQuest opened its new operations center featuring Sony’s BRAVIA professional displays and other technologies, the overall experience has been improved for customers and teammates. One of the benefits the company noticed about the Pro BRAVIA displays was that they had the ability to operate without interactions from the daily user. ReliaQuest has configured its screens so that everything can be managed centrally. This has proven useful for teammates, especially when the displays operate on a schedule aimed at maximizing energy efficiency and minimizing wear and tear. With BRAVIA Pro Screen Mirroring, employees can also work collaboratively using Microsoft Teams. Because the company’s building has large windows and is located in areas with plenty of natural light, the displays have no problem providing good, vibrant picture quality, even at midday, ReliaQuest says.
Additionally, displays also benefit ReliaQuest customers, whether they are hosted at ReliaQuest locations or using company spaces for their own team meetings.
