The film, made for young audiences, also stars fellow Australian actresses Mia Wasikowska and Radha Mitchell and newcomers Ariel Donoghue and Ilsa Fogg.
The film tells the story of Abby (in Tim’s short story it’s a boy named Abel), who befriends a giant groper [a fish] diving and becomes an activist.
