The amounts below represent the tax treatment applicable to each distribution to be declared in 2022. Preferred distributions paid by the Company on January 14, 2022 to shareholders registered in December 31, 2021 are to be declared in 2022. The preferential distributions that the Company paid on January 17, 2023 to shareholders registered in December 30, 2022 will be declared in 2023.
