Ariana Grande is selling her home in Montecito, Calif., for $9.1 million

Pop star Ariana Grande said “Thank you, next door” at a residence in Montecito, Calif.

The 29-year-old singer, best known for hits such as ‘Into You’, ‘No Tears Left To Cry’ and ‘Bang Bang’, and for coaching on ‘The Voice’, has sold the historic English Tudor- style home for $9.1 million in an off-market deal at the end of August, newly recorded tapings on the PropertyShark show.

The buyer used a trust to close the deal, just like Ms Grande did two years ago when she bought it from TV host Ellen DeGeneres and actress Portia de Rossi for 6 .75 million.

The sale represents a profit of around $2.35million for Ms. Grande, who married her husband, estate agent Dalton Gomez, on the property in May 2021.

The house, situated on 1.35 acres, was rebuilt from two 300-year-old barns in Surrey, England, which were transported to California in the 1980s. They were integrated into a single house with two bedrooms and three bathrooms.

While retaining its historic details such as storefronts, wood-beamed ceilings and fireplaces, the house also includes a modern kitchen open to the dining and living room, a stylish new laundry room, a snack bar and an office.

The sale was first reported by Siteline Santa Barbara.

Representatives for Ms Grande, who is currently filming ‘Wicked’ in London in which she plays Glinda the Good Witch, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
