Visit the beauty counters at your nearby department store and you’ll be greeted by perfumes associated with celebrities.
You can even find a few named after a big star – like Eau De Gaga, Intimately Beckham or Dolly: Scent From Above. It doesn’t take much guesswork to figure out who they belong to.
UK website HeyDiscount recently released their report on the world’s favorite perfumes, and an interesting part of it discusses the perfumes of the biggest celebrities.

The three names with the biggest circulation are Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish and Rihanna. This ranking would be based on Google search data.
Grande attracted 4.4 million searches, while Eilish captured 1.3 million searches. Rihanna came in third place with 807,600 searches.
As a singer, songwriter and actress, Grande has had a long and successful career. She started at a young age, landing her first television role in 2009. She was only 16 at the time.
Grande is also quite accomplished in the world of perfumery. She has released 11 perfumes with various luxury brands. The first was in 2015.
Some of the most popular include REM, Thank U, Next and Cloud, all of which are light, feminine and uplifting.
Eilish, on the other hand, is a new face in the fragrance game. The singer-songwriter launched his first in 2021 – the one and only to date.
“It’s just very comfortable for me and sultry,” Eilish said. She at this moment. “It makes me want to be curled up at Christmas.”
Even with just one product, she managed to be among the top three most popular celebrities when it comes to fragrances. It shows how much star power she has.
For Rihanna, it’s no surprise that she has a firm grip on the beauty world. Her Fenty Beauty brand is very popular for its cosmetics line.
Rihanna’s first foray into personal care products was actually in fragrances. She released Reb’l Fleur in 2011, followed by Rebelle (2012), Nude (2012), Rogue (2013) and Rogue Men (2014).
Then in 2019, Rihanna launched her first fragrance under the Fenty Beauty umbrella, Fenty Eau De Parfum.
It was a smash hit, selling out immediately upon release, and again, repeatedly after each back in stock.

A Twitter thread started in 2019 even listed all the times Rihanna was referenced by other celebrities for smelling really good. She has been nominated by Jennifer Lawrence, Ryan Seacrest, Nick Jonas, Cardi B and many more.
Celebrity fragrances were considered a huge trend in the 2000s – more so than other decades, but it looks like we can expect another boom.
