Ariana DeBose was the picture of sophistication at the Human Rights Campaign 2023 Greater New York dinner on Saturday night.
The West Side Story star, 32, walked the carpet at the event in a smart suit and sporting a new hairstyle before being honored with the HRC Visibility Award.
For the event, the beauty wore a dark navy suit jacket with a black lapel and several buttons down the front, which were fastened.
She paired the jacket with black dress pants and black and beige pointy heels.
The Broadway star had her hair styled straight and bobbed just above her shoulders.

Ariana wore her bangs cut straight across her forehead and opted for a pink smokey eye look for makeup.
The Academy Award winner is honored at the event with the Visibility Award, which recognizes LGBTQ+ people who live open and honest lives at home, at work and in their greater community.
According to the HRC website, “These attributes align with HRC’s mission to create a country that inspires and engages all Americans to work to end discrimination against LGBTQ+ citizens and achieve a nation that achieves fundamental fairness and equality for all”.
The previous recipient of the award was six-time Grammy winner Brandi Carlile.
Ariana came out with her sexual identity to British Vogue in 2022 when she shared that she “didn’t realize” she was dating.
‘My coming out story… I didn’t realize I was coming out. I was just living my life. I was in New York, I was dating a woman.
“And I realized that my grandparents didn’t know that I liked all types of humans.”
She continued, “At that time, I hadn’t really chosen a word to describe myself, but then I opted for queer, because I just thought it would allow me to continue to grow.”

The football stars and power couple were dressed to perfection for the event, both wearing oversized suits.
Ali, 38, wore a gray pinstripe suit jacket with matching pants and purple heels.
Her raven hair was pulled up into an elaborate bun and she left two chunky locks in front to frame her face.

Ashlyn, 37, donned a black suit jacket over a neon yellow turtleneck and bright red pants.

Her blonde hair was styled in a perm, and she had on bright red lipstick and thick eyeliner.
The couple snuggled up for photos and even shared a quick kiss for the cameras.

They met over a decade ago while playing for the United States Women’s National Soccer Team in 2010, where Ashlyn was a goalie and Ali was a defender.
After their long courtship, the couple married in 2019 and adopted their first child, a daughter named Sloane, in February 2021.
The two-time World Cup champions then adopted their son Ocean in August 2022.
