German teenager Chiara Noja beat England’s Charley Hull in a play-off to win the Aramco Team Series in Jeddah.
Hull, world number 17, led overnight and shot a four-under 68 to keep pace with the 16-year-old.
Noja’s seven under-65s nearly won the day, but the pair finished neck and neck with 13 under after the final round.
The two players exchanged birdies on the 18th par five of the play-offs, before Noja fell from close range to claim her first European Tour title.
The German kept brilliant composure throughout her final round, starting with back-to-back birdies before hitting an eagle at fourth par five.
She recovered from a bogey on the eighth with three straight birdies before looking like she could win it with a 20-foot putt on the 16th.
A bogey following him before failing to birdie the 18th in regulation play allowed Hull to come back, but Noja regained his advantage to secure the win.
