Apple’s iPad Air 4 has now started shipping and people are going crazy to get acquainted with their powerful new mid-range iPad. The main USP of this new iPad is obviously the new design, similar to the iPad Pro and the new A14 Bionic chip inside.

It is the industry’s first 5nm process-based chip known to deliver incredible performance and efficiency. Priced at $ 599, it’s an incredible deal for people who are looking for powerful computing but aren’t willing to spend a lot. The evolution of the iPadOS has helped people make their iPad a full-fledged computer.

So, as now its availability has started, its references began to surface on the Internet and our reliable Apple advisor KOMIYA has already given some figures of the new iPad Air 4:

With only 4GB of RAM, the iPad Air 4 managed to score 621,703 points on AnTuTu while in Geekbench 5 the single-core score is incredible – a whopping 1591 points also grabbing 4213 healthy points in multicore tests. In the next few days, we may also achieve better results.

The Apple iPad Air 4’s closest competitor in price is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and if we compare that score to Samsung’s flagship tablet, things look like this:

AnTuTu Score: 605,000 points, Geekbench 5 Score: Single-core – 969 points & Multicore – 2984 points. This pretty much shows how much Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 865 SoC lags behind that of the A14 Bionic, however, the competition is expected to heat up in 2021.
