Heading into fight night, Anthony Joshua is still working hard to get revenge on Oleksandr Usyk in their rematch.
The two-time heavyweight champion took to Instagram today to show off his impressive push-up routine.
It involves putting all of his body weight between his fingers, hands and wrists, before he finally poses and glares madly at the camera as if to say he’s ready to fight.
Joshua posted the video alongside the caption, “Take my hand out and leave it to God.”
Earlier this week, we saw Joshua’s next opponent, Usyk, engage in his own unorthodox workout, standing on an exercise ball while juggling.
The Ukrainian also revealed that he trains three times a day, waking up at 4.45am to start his first session at 5am.
As for Joshua, his camp manager David Ghansa revealed in an interview with Sky Sports that ‘AJ’ looks particularly powerful in combat.
“We had up to 13 sparring partners,” Ghansa told Sky Sports. “People hit the canvas.
“They came and knew it could happen and got paid for it and I’m not going to hide it.
