Anthony Joshua was among the stars to wish Cristiano Ronaldo a happy birthday after posing with three cakes and partner Georgina Rodriguez.

The five Ballon d’Or winner continues to control his diet, so divulging in the tasty trio is likely to be banned.

Ronaldo posed for a family photo that quickly garnered over three million likes on Instagram.

Former world heavyweight champion boxer Anthony Joshua was among those who commented, writing simply: “Happy C day g.”

Ronaldo then thanked everyone who wished him a happy birthday, saying: “Thank you all for all the birthday messages. I’m grateful to have spent the day with my family and friends.”

In the photos, Ronaldo can be seen with key members of his inner circle and family friends.

Alongside his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez and eldest son Cristiano Ronaldo Jnr were some of Ronaldo’s longtime friends.

El Chiringuito journalist Edu Aguirre and his wife were also present, as was Ronaldo’s new agent Ricky Regufe.

Miguel Paixao and Jose Semedo are two of Ronaldo’s oldest friends and they also joined in the celebrations.

Paixao was once Ronaldo’s roommate when he started at Sporting Lisbon as a teenager, and regularly joins them on vacation.

Ronaldo started his weekend, scoring his first goal for new club Al Hilal from the penalty spot on Friday, to help salvage a 2-2 draw against Al Fateh.

Al-Nassr’s next game will see them face Al Wehda on Thursday. Ronaldo’s side are currently top of the league, ahead of Al Shabab and Al Ittihad, but only on goal difference.

However, despite this, he kicked off his celebratory weekend with a goal for new club Al Nassr from the penalty spot.
