Amanda Holden is expected to star in her own documentary series called No Holden Back on E4.

The presenter, 50, who previously teased that she was working on a secret project, said she was ‘thrilled’ to have landed her own show.

The eight-part series on the wall will follow Amanda’s “ unique relationship ” with her Nan Myrtle, with the star returning with her beloved grandmother.

Amanda told The Sun: ‘I’m so glad everyone is finally going to meet my nan, the apple never falls far from my tree and in this series it will definitely keep me on my toes. ”

A spokesperson for her nan, Myrtle, said: ‘I have no comment other than I really hope being on TV could mean that I can finally meet my favorite young man, Ben Shephard. ”

Channel 4 editor-in-chief Steven Handley told the publication: “ Amanda is one of the UK’s most famous stars and we are delighted to get a glimpse of her life with her nan. ”

MailOnline has reached out to representatives for Amanda and Channel 4 for further comment.

The show will also air on Channel 4, which means Amanda will have shows on ITV (Britain’s Got Talent), BBC (I Can See Your Voice) and Channel 4 (No Holden Back).

The Sun reports that Amanda has spent weeks filming the series and says the show will also be tracking her relationships with other family members.

A source told MailOnline exclusively that the show – run by stars Amanda, Alison Hammond, Jimmy Carr and Paddy McGuinness – that BBC bosses consider it to be “ a smash hit ” and are eager to deliver it. on screens for a second edition.

Amanda is currently starring in the first season of I Can See Your Voice, when she is expected to serve on the jury for BGT’s 15th season.
