Ally Langdon was hilariously ribbed by her Today show colleagues on Friday after being snubbed by Tracy Grimshaw this week.
Brooke Boney, Karl Stefanovic and Alex Cullen poked fun at when Tracy ignored Ally’s attempted hug by imitating the incident in an exaggerated way.
“Everyone give Ally a hug!” Karl said, before he, Brooke and Xander deliberately turned their backs on the blonde.

Brooke then burst out laughing as Ally pretended to sob.
Today, Extra’s David Campbell and Sylvia Jeffreys also had a laugh as they watched it all roll down from their desks.
‘Big hugs for Ally!’ Sylvia said hugging the air in front of her.

Grimshaw completed her 17 years as the show’s host on Thursday night and was kicked out with cheers, hugs and best wishes from her Channel Nine colleagues as she left the ACA studio for the very last time .
Footage of her farewell shows Grimshaw walking through an honor guard and when Langdon walks in to hug her, she appears to reject the embrace.
After hugging several staff members, including Karl Stefanovic and Peter Overton, Grimshaw walked past Langdon who had his arms outstretched for a hug.
But Grimshaw brushed her roughly, appearing to shake his head before hugging Stefanovic.
Speaking on the Today show on Friday morning, Langdon addressed the awkward moment, admitting she “didn’t get much sleep” after the incident.
“This is where my heart breaks,” Langdon said while watching the clip.

‘I am devastated. I mean, I turned to you at the time and said, “Tracy Grimshaw just brushed me off.” When you get touched by your hero, I have to say, it hurts.
Stefanovic said Grimshaw wrote a statement and apologized to Langdon for snubbing her in the honor guard.
“Ally, I just watched last night’s honor guard and saw you come in to give me a hug,” Grimshaw said in his statement.
“And I kissed that fucking Karl!” I’m sorry to have missed you. I was so overwhelmed and obviously didn’t see your little head once his big puffy head appeared in my vision. Big sorry.’
‘Ahh relief!’ Stefanovic sighed, describing the moment as one of “Australian television’s biggest snubs”.

Langdon is strongly tipped to replace Grimshaw as the show’s host and an announcement is expected to be made by Nine next week.
Kyle Sandilands appeared to confirm that Langdon is replacing Grimshaw during an interview with the longtime host on Wednesday.
Speaking to Grimshaw on his KIIS FM radio show, the shock athlete said he knew he was the host of the Today show.
Kyle claimed he had a private conversation with Langdon’s Today show co-host Karl Stefanovic, who asked for his advice on a potential replacement for her.
‘I feel like I know, because I talked to [Karl] Stefanovic,” he told Grimshaw after asking her about his replacement.
“Well, let me just tell everyone it’s Ally. I don’t want to burst the Channel Nine bubble.
Speaking on the Today show on Friday morning, Langdon opened up about the awkward moment, admitting she “didn’t get much sleep” after the incident.
Sandilands said Stefanovic did not tell him their conversation was “confidential”.
‘Maybe it was a personal conversation? I don’t know… But he didn’t ask me not to say anything,” he continued.
Grimshaw remained coy when pressed by rumors as to who would replace her, saying each candidate for the job was “an exemplary person”.
“I sure hope Channel Nine replaces me with a dud,” she joked.
“But unfortunately they are replacing me with someone excellent.”
“I can’t give you a clue, but you will find out very soon,” she added. “I wouldn’t be surprised if you found out next week. »
On his final show, a tearful Grimshaw thanked Australians for supporting A Current Affair as a host of famous faces bid farewell to the longtime host after 17 years on the show.
