However, the athlete said he couldn’t accept the offer – in part because he feared he would have a “nasty cut”.

Police are investigating after a formal complaint was filed by a 22-year-old man who alleges Smith pushed him in the early hours of Monday, October 4.
No charges were laid and it is understood that the police did not speak to Smith.
