“She just unfollowed me on Instagram again. I never unfollowed her, but she refollowed me recently, so there’s not much to that story,” Abbie said.
After Abbie debuted her relationship with Konrad on Instagram ahead of The Bachelorette finale in November, Brooke unfollowed her.
Last month, the sex toy designer issued a public apology after being slammed by Brooke for sharing news of her romance with Konrad the day before The Bachelorette finale.
Addressing the conversation: “She just followed me on Instagram again. I never gave up on her, but she re-followed me recently, so there’s not much to that story,’ Abbie said.

New love: Abbie kicked off her new relationship with one of Brooke’s suitors – Konrad – ahead of November’s Bachelorette finale. The Indigenous reality star didn’t follow Abbie in response to the news
In a lengthy Instagram post at the time, Abbie explained her decision to go public with Konrad, saying she believed she had Brooke’s blessing.
“Brooke and I had a conversation during which I repeatedly apologized and expressed regret for our public affection, as it was before Konrad’s exit from the show. Konrad had a similar conversation with Brooke.
“We absolutely should have waited to be in private as we are public figures and these are things we have to consider, but we didn’t. Nor have we considered the possible ramifications of our actions.
“Immediately after that, we intentionally kept things quiet and did not leave the house together in an effort to avoid being photographed out of respect for the show and to minimize the press surrounding the Konrad release spoiler.”
Sorry: Last month, Abbie issued a public apology after being criticized by Brooke for sharing the news of her romance with Konrad the day before The Bachelorette finale
Abbie then shared a series of photos of herself and Konrad on Instagram the day before The Bachelorette finale, confirming their relationship.
But she insisted “it wasn’t out of malice”, and fan favorite Konrad had already been written out of the show when she made the announcement.
“I see with hindsight that this assumption was naïve. I now understand that the timing of publicly sharing our relationship should have been more thoughtful and it’s my fault. I agree that impact trumps intent.
Referencing Brooke’s comment about “another white woman flaunting what white privilege looks like”, Abbie admitted that she “didn’t consider…the inherent privilege that I hold as a white woman”.

Not happy: Brooke shared her response without naming names and spoke of a ‘close friend’ who caught the attention of The Bachelorette finale with her actions
“My actions had the potential to undermine the significance this landmark season of The Bachelorette holds for First Nations and LGBTQIA+ communities,” she added.
“This is a hugely important conversation to have. Going forward, this will be front and center and I will continue to listen to and amplify minority communities and strive to learn.
She simply ended the message: “I’m sorry.”
In a post on Instagram Stories, Brooke wrote, “I hate to talk about it, but personally and mentally I was unsettled by all the Finale Week bullshit.”
Upset: Brooke said Abbie’s behavior ‘hurts me’ and ‘literally hurts me’
Without naming names, Brooke spoke of a “close friend” who caught the eye of The Bachelorette finale with her actions.
Brooke said the person’s behavior “hurts me” and “literally hurts me.”
“I reached out to this person to resolve this ‘conflict’ which, in effect, classic naive me, adult me went to this person to communicate openly about the layers of complexity that this person’s actions show and take away from not only me but what it meant to a queer woman of color,” she added.
She finished: “You asked for my comment. Here it is. Now give them more airtime, that’s exactly what it’s all about.

Daily Mail Australia posted a video of the new couple kissing at a bar in Byron Bay on November 5 – ahead of Konrad’s exit from the show.
The footage not only exposed them as a couple, but also served as a major Bachelorette spoiler by confirming that Konrad didn’t win Brooke’s heart.
Abbie, who had previously sworn never to speak publicly about her love life, went Instagram official with Konrad on November 24 – the day before Brooke’s final.
