Aaron Rodgers hopes to carve his name into the Jets’ “Folklore,” but that’s not the only way he cares about the word.
The Jets quarterback turned out to be a huge Taylor Swift fan in a video posted on the team’s official Twitter account, where players were asked to indicate their favorite song from the singer whose Eras tour is stopping at MetLife Stadium this weekend.
‘Too much. Too many to count,’ the 39-year-old said when asked.
Then he got a little more specific.
‘All that is not [her album] “Folklore” probably. ‘August,’ ‘The 1st.’

Rodgers also offered an older pick to round out his picks from Swift’s 2020 album, as he called “New Year’s Day” a “banger.”
Meanwhile, tight end CJ Uzomah also called himself ‘Folklore’, while other teammates named ’22’ and ‘We’ll never get back together’ as their favourites.
His friend Sauce Gardner, however, couldn’t choose one.
“I don’t listen to him,” he said.
Swift’s Eras Tour will take him home to the Jets (and Giants) this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Her most recent shows were at the Patriots’ Gillette Stadium, while she will tour the homes of the Bears, Lions, Steelers, Vikings, Bengals, Chiefs, Broncos, Seahawks, 49ers and Rams for the rest of his tour.
Rodgers suffered a minor calf injury on Day 2 of the Jets’ OTA, but said afterward he didn’t think it was “too serious.”
