Whether it’s a size zero body, defined cheekbones, pouty lips or a thin nose, stars often turn to plastic surgery to achieve the look they want.

A UK-based cosmetic doctor and rhinoplasty surgeon, Dr Alex Karidis, has given his expert opinion on whether some celebrities have gone under the nose knife.

Blake Lively first shot to fame when she appeared in Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants in 2005. Two years later, she became a household name thanks to her starring role in Gossip Girl.
And although she denied having had her nose done, Dr Karidis thinks she may have had some work done. He said:
“It’s possible she had rhinoplasty during her Gossip Girl days. It was getting bigger in her photographs before and now her face profile indicates she’s had it trimmed down.
“Models and actresses tend to notice even the smallest blemishes, so prefer to have subtle, unobtrusive surgery.”
KHLOE KARDASHIAN

Fans have always assumed that Khloe Kardashian (along with her sisters) had her face and body worked out.
In June 2021, during the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion with Andy Cohen, Khloe admitted that she had had a nose job and a few injections, but vehemently denied any further surgery on her face.
Dr. Karidis spoke about his rhinoplasty:
“Again, Khloe’s post-rhinoplasty result was not a major change from her original look. You’ll see in her before photographs that her front profile nose is wider and now it’s a lot thinner.
“She reportedly made these corrections to her nose to make it more consistent with her other features. She approached the width of her nose and defined the tip.”
MEGHAN MARKLE

Meghan Markle is known for her acting, royal status and natural beauty.
However, after looking at her high school photos compared to her photos today, some people think her perky nose is the result of a little surgery.
His nose is googled 4,000 times around the world per month.
Dr. Karidis, however, isn’t so sure she got any work done:
“In previous photos of Meghan, there is not a big difference. Sometimes the face grows around the nose and the shape of the nose does not change at all.
“I’m not entirely convinced she had rhinoplasty. Her facial features change with weight, you’ll notice that in her pregnancies, which may be the case in this case.”

Next on our list is the beloved Jennifer Aniston. After achieving widespread fame in the 90s thanks to Friends, she continued to capture everyone’s attention.
And… his nose too. In 2018, she admitted to having had two nose surgeries, which is probably why her nose is so googled.
Dr. Karidis commented on his rhinoplasty:
“Again, she had a bump in the profile, front and sides, and the median proportion of the nose was wider before. Her result is now natural and suits the symmetry of her face.

Ariana Grande’s petite frame and petite features are part of what makes her, her, and one of the most successful and best-selling entertainers of all time.
Although many speculated that she had had her nose done, she denied those rumors in 2019 in a tweet that read, “Hayyy this is my birth nose what the hell i logged in today, let me have a fucking cute nose.”
Dr Karidis said it was difficult to make a definitive appeal:
“Some of these photographs were airbrushed, so it’s hard to know if she had rhinoplasty. You have to consider her age when she became famous and the growth in between.
“Ariana never had a big nose but she did have a slightly rounded tip and a bump on the bridge. It looks like it could have been reduced a bit to give her a more polished and delicate appearance.”

Best known for her roles in British TV shows like The Tudors and Peaky Blinders, Annabelle Wallis has also been the target of rhinoplasty rumors.
His nose is googled 2,000 times a month around the world.
Dr. Karidis pointed out the differences between his before and after photos:
“She had a bump on the bridge, extending high into her eyebrows. It doesn’t look like her nose is starting as high on her face as it used to.
“It appears that the height of the nose, the ‘take-off’, has been reduced.”

Another Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and family member has made it onto our list. Kendall Jenner, like her sister Khloe, has been repeatedly hit with nose gossip.
His is Googled 3,000 times a month across the world.
She addressed the rumors in 2017, denying any surgery: “It’s all so exhausting. As a model, why would I have my face reconstructed? It doesn’t even make sense,” she said.
Dr. Karidis, however, thinks she made some adjustments:
“It looks like Kendall had a wider nose before, the bridge looks thinner now than it did before.
“That would indicate she had a little adjustment as that part of her nose is identifiable.”

And to wrap up our list, we have the adorable fan-favorite songwriter and rapper, Cardi B.
His nose is the subject of much speculation – he garners an average of 9,000 searches on Google per month.
Although the Grammy winner admitted to having had surgeries, she never specifically addressed the nose rumours.
Dr. Karidis had a few thoughts:
“The tip appears less wide than before, especially in recent photos which may suggest plasty or reduction of the rhino’s tip.
“I would say she had surgery to reduce that.”
