Christina Haack and Ant Anstead have settled their bitter custody battle over their three-year-old son, Hudson, four months after filing for full custody.
Following court-mandated mediation, the former couple will “continue to have joint legal and physical custody” as previously agreed in June 2021.
The duo, who split in September 2020, also agreed to follow a new vacation schedule with “exceptions” to their original arrangement, according to Page Six.

Haack, 39, and Wheeler Dealers host’s 43-year-old son will spend Halloween’ with [Ant] in even years and… with Christina in odd years.
As for Thanksgiving, Hudson will be with his mother on even-numbered years.
People noted that the “continues for Easter Sunday when the child will be Anstead in even years and Haack in odd years, and vice versa on the 4th of July”.
Agreeing to the arrangement means they will no longer have to stand trial in March as scheduled.

In court papers the TV personality filed in April, he accused his ex-wife of being an unfit mother and claimed she was negligent about his medical safety and that of their son Hudson.
In Ant’s explosive court filing, he also said his girlfriend Renee Zellweger, 53, was forced to halt production on his latest project due to Hall’s COVID exposure, which hadn’t not reveal that his family had contracted coronavirus.
“As my partner was filming her new project and her covid diagnosis put all production on hold,” he wrote in the docs.

Anstead filed for a change to the couple’s shared custody agreement, but the same day a judge rejected his offer.
A judge has ruled that Antstead failed to give Haack proper notice and failed to demonstrate that Hudson was at critical risk in the current shared custody arrangement.
In her filing, Ant also accused her ex-HGTV star of being an absentee mom, spending only a few days a month with their son.
Through her legal team, Hall called claims that she put Hudson at risk and was completely absent from his life as “false allegations” that “shocked” her.
