In the latest episode of his podcast titled ‘The big tree’, Shaquille O’Neal talked about hiring. It’s no coincidence that O’Neal is one of the best entrepreneurs out there. According to reports, he has a net worth of $400 million. During the show, he revealed that he only hires the best candidate, regardless of gender. He also admitted it was the same reason he hired co-host Nischelle Turner for his podcast.

“I need the top quality person, you know what I’m saying. Because you know, we could have chosen someone who had a lot of followers. But guess what? Nischelle Turner is the most qualified person among everyone we interviewed. She does that, she wins an Emmy, she’s beautiful, she’s highly respected, she gets the job. Shaq said.
