Botanical Sciences LLC and Trulieve GA Inc. will be granted Class 1 production licenses, which will allow them to allocate more than 100,000 feet of grow space.
TheraTrue Georgia LLC, Natures GA LLC, FFD GA Holdings LLC and Treevana Remedy Inc. have been selected to receive Class 2 production licenses, which will allow them to allocate 50,000 plants to the grow space.
Patients with cannabis oil must be registered with the Georgia Department of Public Health to obtain the oil from licensed dispensaries or specially licensed pharmacies. Licensing six companies to produce it will finally give families a legal way to get it.
