Reilly is defining a new era of celebrity street style, a movement that has grown organically by working on everyday outfits and red carpet looks with her famous mega clients including Hailey Bieber, Ciara and Megan Fox. Speaking with Reilly, it’s clear that she has an innate sense of what works for her famous clients and how they look, but she also has some insight to share. Here, Reilly shares her five street style tips for dressing.
Search for unique pieces

Pay attention to the proportions
When it comes to dressing, you have to pay attention to the proportions. “It’s just put on stuff and see the proportions and see if that’s the right vibe,” says Reilly.

Keep it fresh
For her clients who have been photographed wearing so much, Reilly always questions the uniqueness of any new piece. “It’s like, ‘Okay, is that cooler than the last thing we did? Is it different, or is it too similar?'” She said. “It’s keeping it fresh.”

Understanding your body type
Each body type is different, just like each wardrobe. “I think what works well with my girls is that you understand what their body type is. All of my clients have very different shapes, and it’s really about dressing someone’s body type well. one, and then I think the outfit kind of stems from there, “she says. “I was really lucky to have such different women on my list, and I love it. This is not a cookie cutter, not everyone is the same, and it is important to always remember.”

Get out of your comfort zone
Reilly recommends trying on pieces that are outside your comfort zone to see if they will work for you. When styling Dixie D’Amelio for the MTV Awards, Reilly challenged her client to try on a piece she didn’t like at first glance. “She didn’t want to try it, then I begged her. I said, ‘Can you try it, please? Do it for me. Try it for me, s ‘please.’ “she explains. “It was the first dress she ended up trying on, and of course, it ended up being the dress she was wearing.”
