2022 NFL Preseason Injury Tracker: Current team-by-team injury list, updates for all 32 clubs

It is not because the NFL teams are not required to publish reports on pre-season injuries that there are no injuries that deserve to be mentioned. In fact, each club is faced with several health problems in the last weeks of the pre-season. It’s just the nature of the NFL.

To keep track of everything, here’s an injury tracker for all 32 teams as we inch ever closer to Week 1 of the regular season.

  • August 17: The first -round recruit center Tyler Linderbaum, which was injured in the foot two weeks ago, will be “probably” back in training on Friday to do individual exercises, according to coach John Harbaugh. He will not participate in the preparatory match on Sunday.

  • August 17: C Bradley Bozeman, who was transported out of the field during Tuesday training, will miss two to three weeks due to an ankle injury, coach Matt Rhule announced on Wednesday.
  • August 17: WR Robbie Anderson did not practice Wednesday due to a groin injury, according to Rhule.
  • August 17: After undergoing Who forced her to miss three weeks, QB Joe Burrow was back to participate in team exercises on Wednesday for the first time since the operation. He also held a press conference during which he revealed that his appendage had broken, which led to the procedure. He is back now, however, and works his way at full power before the opening of the regular season. (Read more)
  • August 17: WR Ceedee Lamb underwent a break in the foot, according to the executive vice-president of the cowboys, Stephen Jones. Lamb missed Wednesday training and will also miss the session on Thursday.
  • August 17: The winger tight recruit of the sixth round Andrew Ogletree underwent a contactless knee injury during Wednesday training, which, according to coach Frank Reich, “did not look good”.   • August 17: Reserve TE Donald Parham Jr. is “week by week” after suffering a hamstring injury, according to coach Brandon Staley (via ESPN).
  • August 17: QB Matthew Stafford made encouraging comments Wednesday about his elbow after going through a full workload in the team’s intrasquad scrimmage the day before. Stafford received an injection in his right below this offseason after battling an elbow injury during the Rams’ Super Bowl campaign. He suffered from the elbow pain during the training camp, but his comments are a good sign that he will be able to manage. “I feel good and on the right track to do what I want to do.”
  • August 16: QB Zach Wilson underwent knee arthroscopy to cut his meniscus, casting doubt on his standing for the team’s regular season opener. (Read more)
  • August 17: RB rookie Kenneth Walker III underwent a “procedure” on Wednesday for what coach Pete Carroll called a “small hernia”. If everything goes well, it should be back on week 1, by NFL media. (Read more)
