A man is dead and four others are injured – including two children – after a shooting and crash in Baltimore. Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison said officers received a ShotSpotter alert for multiple shots fired around 6:39 p.m. near the Pennsylvania intersection. Avenue and Laurens Street in the Upton area of the city. Harrison said a man standing in the street was shot and died in a hospital. Harrison said another man standing in the street was shot and was in stable condition. A woman in a car was shot and seriously injured. She drove down the street and crashed into a pole. Two children were in the car — a 6-year-old boy who suffered serious injuries as a result of the crash and a 2-year-old boy, who was shot and is in critical but stable condition.
